Returns Policy
Exchange Only
- Exchanges for defective items only.
- No cash refunds.
- Defective items will be exchanged for new or refurbished items at our discretion.
30 Day Limit
- Notification of Intent to Return must be made to us via email to return@skullworx.com within 30 days from receipt of delivery.*
- Returned item(s) must be received by us within 15 days from date of Notification of Intent to Return.
Item Condition
- All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
- You must take care of the item(s) while they are in your possession and any returned item must be received in its original shipped condition.
- The item must be without damage.
- All original packaging should accompany the return.
- Returned items must not have been opened, altered, or tampered with in any way by you.
Shipping a Return for Exchange
- You are responsible for any returned items until they reach us. We recommend that you use a service that offers you insurance and delivery tracking or delivery confirmation for returning any item(s). You must file any insurance claims for returns lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Return shipping costs will be at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.
- We recommend using the original shipping box and packing material the item was sent in.
- Return the item(s) to the return address on original shipping label. Returns sent to an incorrect address can not be exchanged or refunded in any way.
- Please enclose a reason for the return to aid in a timely exchange.
- You will not incur any additional shipping costs when an exchange for a defective item is sent to you.
- A new or refurbished exchange item will be sent to you within 30 days of receipt of returned item.
Disputes
Any returned items that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'In Dispute'. Such In Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. We will re-ship such In Dispute item(s) back to you via either UPS or FedEx only, and at your cost (including shipping, handling, packing materials, and any additional insurance required to meet the original sales price). These costs will be estimated and emailed to you and must be received by us before the item is re-shipped. If re-shipping is not wanted, or response by email is not received indicating your desire. If no response is received from you, the item(s) will be considered abandoned 30 calendar days after our receipt of delivery* of the return.
Communication
A receipt will be emailed to you for your records showing all amendments including any return, exchange, refund, or In Dispute reason.
* "receipt of delivery" shall be defined as the date a shipment delivered, as indicated by the shipping carrier. |
